A: Sessions are included monthly based on your plan's frequency. Missed sessions are generally non-transferable, though we'll always work with you when life happens. If a session is missed due to your coach's availability, it rolls over to the following month.

The $100 groundwork fee covers the time spent building your fully custom nutrition plan from scratch — accounting for your goals, history, and preferences — before your $100/mo ongoing coaching begins.

What's the difference between The Schematic and Blueprint Nutrition?

Accepted Answer

The Schematic is a one-time custom training plan with no ongoing coaching or check-ins — just the plan, built once. Blueprint Nutrition includes an initial custom nutrition plan plus ongoing monthly adjustments as your progress changes.

Can I switch between plans later?

Absolutely. As your goals and schedule change, we can adjust your plan to fit — just reach out to your coach anytime.

Is Online Lifestyle available if I live in Houston?

Yes — Online Lifestyle works for anyone, anywhere. It's especially popular with clients outside the Houston area, but local clients are welcome too, and we can occasionally schedule face-to-face sessions when it works for both schedules.
